Very disappointing experience at AB BBQ today. The food quality was extremely poor — most items were cold, tasteless, and not up to the standard expected from a place like this. Overall taste and freshness were the worst we’ve experienced.What made the experience even more upsetting is that today was my son’s birthday. We requested a small cake for the celebration, but the staff flatly refused and showed no willingness to help or even consider the request. There was no courtesy or empathy at all.A birthday celebration turned into a frustrating experience because of bad food, poor service, and lack of customer care. Definitely not recommended, and we will think twice before visiting again.

Terrible Experience – Found a Fried Cockroach in Food!I visited Barbeque Ville yesterday for dinner with my wife and one-year-old daughter, expecting a good dining experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. We were served crispy corn with a fried cockroach in it!This was beyond disgusting and completely unacceptable. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, all we got was a casual "sorry"—no accountability, no corrective action. Shocked and disappointed, we immediately left after paying the bill, feeling utterly disgusted and uncomfortable.Such negligence in food hygiene is alarming. This place clearly does not take food safety seriously. I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. I will never return and hope others are cautious before dining here.
