I am writing to share my recent experience during my last visit to the canteen. I appreciate the initiative taken by the canteen management to create a separate billing counter for customers with fewer than five items. This has been helpful in ensuring faster service. However, during my visit on Sunday, I noticed that the counter for customers with less than five items was not functioning as intended. Billing was being done for customers with more than five items, which caused delays and confusion. When I inquired about this issue with the staff, I did not receive any response. I then approached the canteen manager to report the matter, but unfortunately, he responded rudely and did not provide a satisfactory explanation. He even remarked that he would close the counter immediately and told me I could do as I wished. Such behavior and mismanagement are disappointing, especially when the system in place was designed to improve customer service. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure smooth and respectful service in the future. Thank you for your attention.
