Strictly avoid, specially during weekends and holidays. Outlet is run by young incompetent jerks who do not know how to cater to customers. We were waiting for Affagato since 45 mins but when our chance came these young incompetent owners preferred their own friends who came in much later and asked us to wait more. Hopeless service. Tried this ice cream spot near Nizampura Road and had a great experience! I ordered pistachio and coconut ice cream — both were super creamy, fresh, and full of real flavor. But the best part? They actually give you samples to taste before you decide! That’s something I really appreciate — it shows they care about customer satisfaction, and it helps you pick what you truly enjoy. The shop was clean, staff was polite, and they had quite a few interesting flavours to choose from. The coconut one especially felt refreshing and light — perfect for the Vadodara heat! Definitely a place I’d visit again if I’m craving ice cream that’s not too commercial but still delicious.
