I have never seen a place worst than this.Pathetic Service pathetic food pathetic place If there is Negative point then I will give that. When I reached there the place was empty but nobody was there to provide any service. After sitting for 10 minutes,You will get water and glass only after asking and the glass was so dirty that train washroom mug will look more better then theirs. No buddy is brother to give to plate and cutlery. Eat food by hand. And in the menu it's written Drink on MRP but don't go on words. That will take what ever they want and they will say yahi price hai. Note When you comes to ground floor gate washroom drainage will welcome you and at terrace washroom and UT cleaning Cutlery beside it will welcome you. Food quantity is so bad that even class 4 child can make better then them they have extra salt and vinegar that they will give you in your food.. Mr. Owner either shut this place or change your entire staff or else you this place will shut in some time. Warning don't go to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is just for young school kids who have less money and have ample time in their hand. Ambiance, food services everything is just to cater to them not good at all. Bad food service is the worst , didn't give glasses with the water bottle that we ordered . After asking for it we got the dirtiest glass one can get. Too many things which are bad at this place not gonna write all of them . It will take pages . Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited *Under The moon roof top cafe* with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I could sense an air of indifference from the staff, as if my presence was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity for them to provide a positive dining experience. The customer service was abysmal, with waitstaff displaying a lack of enthusiasm and a blatant disregard for patrons. It took an eternity for someone to acknowledge our presence, and when they finally did, it was done with an attitude that made us feel like an imposition rather than welcomed guests. As for the food, it was a letdown. The menu promised an array of tantalizing options, but the reality fell short. The dishes lacked the freshness and flavor that one would expect from a restaurant of this purported caliber. The presentation was sloppy, and it seemed like little effort went into ensuring each dish was a culinary delight. The appetizers were forgettable at best, and the main course didn't fare much better. The portions were inadequate, leaving us hungry and dissatisfied. It felt like we were served reheated leftovers rather than a carefully crafted meal. The flavors were bland, and there was a noticeable lack of creativity in the overall menu. To add insult to injury, the prices were exorbitant given the subpar quality of the food and service. I can't help but feel that we were taken advantage of, paying a premium for an experience that should have been far more enjoyable. Overall, my visit to *Under The moon roof top cafe* was a regrettable experience, marked by unimpressive food and a disinterested staff. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that offer superior quality and service.
