Well ordered pizza, pasta and cold coffee. We like the pizza and didn’t understand why this place got only 3.9 ratings. Cold coffee was good too. then we tried their pasta and it wasn’t good and just when we almost finished eating pasta there was a man hair disgusting We immediately informed the servers and they gave us a complimentary the worst grape pie won’t call it blue berry pie. Pie crust topped with cheap whipped cream and fruits. The audacity to not only charge for the pasta with hair they also added service charge. We asked them to remove pasta from the bill they didn’t, instead chose to remove service charges. Won’t recommend to anyone. Rating: 1/5 I recently visited -1022 and had thoroughly disappointing experience .The food was okay, but the real issue was the blatant overcharging and appalling customer service. They charged us DOUBLE the MRP for a water bottle, which is outrageous. And when I asked them to remove the staff contribution charge, they flat out refused. But what really took the cake was the server's attitude when I raised my concerns. The dismissive comment "Restaurants aise nhi chalte madame" was not only rude but also unprofessional. It's unbelievable that a restaurant would prioritize profits over customer satisfaction and dignity. The lack of accountability and transparency in billing is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant until they revamp their billing practices and train their staff to treat customers with respect. Needless to say, I won't be returning. This cafe seems to be a intragrammer’s favourite mainly due to the bougainvilla decor. They seem to attract the younger crowd here in droves. The food is great though. Ordered risotto, pizza, dim-sums, tofu and sticky rice and few other items. All of them were made fresh and tasted great! The service provided was also good! Overall a great experience and a nice place to go over drinks and food with family and friends!
