Uncle’s Sip ’n’ Bite delivers on its promise of tasty comfort food in a relaxed setting. I tried two of their classics—the Cheesy Puffy Garlic Bread and the White Sauce Pasta—and both were spot on. The garlic bread arrived piping hot. Each piece was crisp at the edges and soft inside. A generous layer of mozzarella stretched with every pull, and the garlic butter had just the right kick. It wasn’t greasy, and the herbs added a fresh note. This dish alone shows why their garlic bread ranks among the top items on the menu . Next, the white sauce pasta was creamy without being heavy. The sauce clung to al dente penne, and the mix of sautéed vegetables—bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions—added texture. The seasoning was balanced: I tasted a hint of nutmeg and plenty of black pepper, but the sauce let the pasta and veggies shine. The portion was generous, fitting the restaurant’s “₹450 for two” price point . Service was friendly and efficient. My order came within minutes, and staff checked in without hovering. The décor is simple—wooden tables, soft lighting—and suits a casual bite or a quick catch-up. "Pocket size Power house" would be an apt description. In it's vicinity, Uncle's Sip 'n' Bite manages to stand out on account of it's different dishes like Burgerizza, Pulled apart Garlic bread,Dirty burger etc which also happens to be a favourite among its regular customers.The regular items like pasta, shakes, nachos and fries are all delectable as well. Anyone who pays a visit here will find that it's worth it. Although, since it can accommodate only about 5 people at a time one might have to wait longer or eat in their car itself.
