This restaurant specializes in Chinese and Vegetarian cuisines. Nicely cooked bhaji pav, kulcha and turkey can make a strong impression on you. It's worth coming to BTW to try tasty falooda, jalebi and gulab jamun. Try the great lassi offered here. Guests don't like bitter at this place.

BTW has been one of my go to choices for snack or sweets or even gifts. But lately the staff behaviour and food quality has been so poor that it really frustrated me. Every time I order via delivery ( over the last few months) they send out spoiled food, when I complained the staff first argued and pushed on ordering directly from restaurant. Later they offered to exchange. I thought it was best to visit the outlet, but when I entered, a customer was already complaining about the food quality. I ignored and ordered despite that and later I also had the same experience. And when I thought about complaining about that, another customer was already getting an exchange. BTW please take a look into this, especially the operations, how you guys are cooking in unhygienic conditions under the stairs and flies are everywhere in your restaurant. Invest in a good kitchen or rent more space. The staff, at ordering and managing the floor is really bad at handling the customer complaints.
