Uncle Jack's is famous for their cake jars and fries in beakers and other such shenanigans. But in my limited experience it was nothing but disappointment. We went there to try their cake jars, the rainbow ones. We specially asked them if the cake is freshly made or not. We asked them twice to make sure that the cake was fresh. We have had one similar experience in the past also and that is why we were sceptical. After asking them to check it enough times guess what, it was stale. It smelled so bad and tasted sour. We went back and asked for a refund. They suggested that we get it exchanged. But obviously it wasn't an option for us. Although the staff wasn't fussy about this whole incident and they returned our money. But this whole situation led to us vowing to never go back there again.
