Oven Fresh may have good food, but their customer service is the worst in Chandigarh. In oven fresh sector 35 the counter person, Kuldeep, is extremely rude and untrained. He doesn’t even know how to handle basic customer requests. On top of that, they are looting people with inflated Coke prices—₹150 instead of the earlier ₹60, and no Coke cans anymore, just some diluted drink. They act overconfident because they know people will still come. But honestly, such behavior and overpricing are unacceptable and pathetic. I had a very poor experience at Oven Fresh, Sector 35. The counter person named Kuldeep behaved in a very rude and unacceptable manner. He doesn’t even know how to talk to customers, let alone serve them properly. On top of this, they have hiked the price of Coke from ₹60 to ₹150! Earlier, they used to serve proper Coke cans, but now they just give some mixed soft drink with lemon and call it Coke. This is cheating customers. Very disappointed with such arrogance just because they think they have a big customer base. Totally unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
