The barista who took and server our order was not very professional. My order of Hazelnut Cappuccino wasn’t good at all and when I complained I couldn’t sense the essence of Hazelnut, she stayed adamant she used 1 pump. In most of the places, the Barista would cater to the complaint and make it according to your need. While she ultimately added another shot of Hazelnut after she was told by the other barista, it left a bad taste and experience for me overall.The only thing I liked was their Almond Croissant which was fresh and quite good.

I had ordered 3 bagels . The restaurant called a few minutes later and said they have 2 bagels left . If I would like to replace the third with a croissant or something else . I said - no only two bagels please . Now the rider here came and asked for payment of 3 bagels . I have been trying to resolve the issue with various numbers for the same . It has taken me almost 30 mins . Finally some customer care executive said I can pay the rider for 2 - that's rs 510 . And that he would update the rider . But the rider refused to agree to the amount . He said return the order . I said the kids opened the box as soon as it reached . He argued for another 5-10 mins . Said he will have to bear the loss of 200 when he is only making 20 on this order . I had sent 600 for the payment of 510 . I said the company won't charge you . I have been assured . But he wasn't convinced . So I didn't take the balance back from him . Gave him 600 . I have wasted a lot of time on this order . The restaurant should have updated the order when they found out they didn't have the qty I ordered . Also the bagels weren't fresh . . I have regularly ordered stuff from Tim hortons as you can see in my history . Have never delayed payments or complained unnecessarily. But today's experience was extremely poor . . I hope the rider is not charged 705. I want you to ensure this is not repeated for anyone's order in future .
