Awesome chicken roast tasted here. They served Punchabi chicken. Very good taste. Must try dish. Good porotta. Normal waiter service. Tea was disappointed. No hot. Avarage / Normal ambience. Very disappointed. This is the first time I've ever left food uneaten at a restaurant -that’s how bad the mandi rice was. It was not hot, lacked flavor, and tasted bland. The alfahm was burnt and hard in some parts. Instead of proper mandi-style tomato chutney, they served sweet-tasting tomato sauce mixed with chilli chutney, which completely ruined the authenticity. The chicken clear soup was just average. Service was not bad and the price felt high compared to nearby restaurants where you can get much tastier alfahm mandi for a lower price. I definitely do not recommend the alfahm mandi from here. However, the place was clean which is one of the positives. Sub par food, super luxury pricing! The food tasted bland, the server never came back after taking the order. Not even caring if someone was looking for another serving of rice. The rate they charged would have been okay for a good restaurant but not for something like Ummi's Kitchen. Way overpriced. Not recommended.
