Told them to not add too much sauce in wrap but they make it more spicy than usual. When i asked the staff she told me that she had already told to reduce sauce. But i got spicy wrap. Not customer friendly attitude Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2

had placed a food order through Zomato and was waiting outside for it to arrive. Suddenly, I received a message saying that my order had been canceled. I immediately called Chicking, and they informed me that even if the order was canceled, they food will come back to resturant .so I reached there they told it is not possible to deliver the food. When I went to the outlet to collect the food, I was told that it was no longer available through phone. One of the staff even commented that the Zomato executive might have taken it and eaten it himself.due to non respond.why they have they can send message through app or they can cl b4 starts from the restaurant. The order was placed for my daughter, who was unwell and resting with a fever. She had a sudden craving, and that’s why I ordered the food. Because of this mismanagement, both my daughter and I had to stay hungry through lunch. The least you could have done was either ensure the food was delivered from the store or at least send a message explaining the situation. Moreover, the behavior of the manager at Chicking was extremely disappointing. It seems they have no idea how to deal with customers or handle such situations. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. -
