I had gone for the thai sea food festival on 02/10/2024 and was pleasently surprised by the quality and quantity of the food available. The food was good, the service even better but being a taj property I expected better ambience but nevertheless the whole experience was money well spent Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food quality has drastically declined over the years. I recently had noodles and a chicken dish besides some starters there. Everything tasted like roadside van chinese. The only saving grace is the service staff at Umami, Vivanta Gauhati. We appreciate our server, Amrit, who is always polite and makes special effort to accommodate our requests.
