The breakfast buffet had a nice spread and the food was good. But if you’re not staying at the hotel and just going there for breakfast, it’s not exactly a welcoming experience. One of the waiters was super rude—right after we finished eating and stepped outside for a bit, he literally ran after us asking for payment, saying some people have left without paying before.He could’ve easily asked while we were still at the table. When we told him this isn’t the right way to treat guests, he just shrugged and said it doesn’t matter even if we complain to his manager. Totally ruined the mood. Never expected this kind of attitude from staff at a place that otherwise seems well-trained.Being a part of Tata family this is hight unexpected.
