If you like Vegetarian cuisine, complete your collection with this restaurant. Nothing can be better than eating nicely cooked masala papad, masala dosa and coconut chutney. Among the drinks, there is delicious coffee.

First time in Kochi and first stop after landing was at Udupi bhavan in Perumbavoor for lunch as recommended by our driver after asking for authentic local food and it didnt dissapoint. We ordered Sp Ghee roast dosa, Chilli Porotta, Onion Uttapam and Ghee Masala dosa with filter coffee. Everything was on point and cooked to perfection. The coconut chutney was too watery for my taste and they forgot my order of the ghee masala dosa so taking a star away for service. Washroom was not the cleanest and it was too hot where we were seated no fan or ac air in the corner next to the wall and people kept staring at us possibly because we looked like out of towners. Waiter was courteous manager was disinterested. Slightly overpriced but didnt mind since food was good. Overall would recommend visiting if you are in the neighborhood. Worst food I have ever tasted , ordered bhatura chana masala and oothappam .
Well the chana masala was their invention and seriously someone should help them to taste original chana masala.
Nd for that instead of salad and raita , we got coconut chutney and chammanthi .
All together i had the worst experience , even when I complained to the manager he didn't even made a gesture to look after the issue .
