We recently tried the Bellari Mandi, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The rice and meat were both served cold, and while the taste was just okay, it didn’t meet our expectations. We also ordered a pineapple juice, which took ages to arrive—though it did taste good once it finally came. The overall service at the restaurant was very poor. After the food was served, no one checked in to ask if everything was alright or if we needed anything else. This isn’t the standard we expected from The Brand Ceylon, which we’ve experienced and loved in the past. Sadly, this visit did not reflect the quality we were once impressed with. Simply waste off money.. Kindly request you to do not enter this hotel if u can. Food is average. 3* Service 0* Money 1* No power backup. 1* I never ever suggest this hotel to anyone.. Absolutely terrible experience . I was there with my family, including my eight-month-old baby and all were extremely hungry. The restaurant was nearly empty. We ordered something simple—porotta and chicken curry—hoping to get our food quickly. Despite following up multiple times, the waiter kept saying it was “getting ready.” After 40 minutes of waiting, with no food in sight and no sense of urgency from the staff, we had no choice but to leave. If you don’t value your time and are okay with mediocre service, go ahead and visit. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying away. This chain does not deserve to be associated with the Ceylon group of restaurants. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
