Guests state that it's fine to go here for the Indian meal. Many people visit this restaurant to taste perfectly cooked prawn masala, chicken stew and chilli chicken. Order good payasam. Delicious lemonade is worth a try here.

The fish served at the restaurant was stale , and the dal was at least a few days old. Even after complaining, they refused to replace the items. And in the end agreed to reduce the bill because they themselves knew the food was stale.

A disgrace to the Malabar cuisine, which they are supposedly serving. The least we expect in a restaurant is to be served with something fresh and edible but sadly they were unable to meet the minimum standards. The restaurant professes to be a 'lunch home' but we have to say it's only home to stale, days old food.

My son has order 2 sumari thali and one chicken thali. He had place this order on zamato app from Australia as it was our wedding anniversary today. But the food was very horrible the fish was hard like stone could not chew the fish. The chaas was spoilt for vegetables they gave us potato bhaji. Any one gives potato bhaji. Chapati were dry and hard. The dal also had potato in it. The dal had a burnt smell. For the cost of each thali was not worth it. I would not pay even half of the rate for this type of food. The street side food would have tasted better than udaya food if ordered from them. In all the food was stale and bad. We threw out everything in the bin. I would not recommend anyone to go or order from udaya and waste their money.
If i had to know that while writing the review i could click photos and put it up. I would have done it before throwing it in the bin.
