Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Experience Yet (Bill No. 150). This is now the 4th or 5th time I’ve had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant, and nothing seems to improve. The staff is extremely unprofessional – waiters completely ignore customers, don’t respond, and act like they’re doing a favor by serving. Cleanliness is horrible – tables are not wiped properly, and the overall hygiene is questionable. How can any restaurant expect repeat customers when they can’t even manage basic service and cleanliness? I tried to give this place multiple chances, but today was the last straw. Absolutely zero customer service, no sense of hospitality, and it feels like they just don’t care. Wake up before you lose every loyal customer. Bill No: 150 Date of Visit: [20-07-2025]. @FSSAI_India Unacceptable! , Marol Naka, has been served an inspection report (No. 0000263) for an unhygienic kitchen, improper waste disposal, & forcing customers to buy water. Free, safe drinking water must be provided! Cleanliness is non-negotiable.

Third class service no one should order from this restaurant proper staff response always blame customer order given on 8.30 and 10 pm they call and telling me that we will heat the order and send it again .. this is the reply from the owner of new food inn restaurant.. awesome service.. don't order they don't value customer
