Absolutely Awesome Gluten free Cheesecake with dark chocolate truffle! This cheesecake was pure perfection from the first bite to the last.The buttery crust added a lovely crunch and complemented it beautifully. We tried their blueberry cheesecake. The cheesecake itself was good with a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess. However, the base was quite dry and hard.
