I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The service was below expectations — the staff seemed disorganized and the food took an unusually long time to arrive. Moreover, the taste of the dishes was quite average and did not justify the waiting time. The washroom cleanliness was also not up to standard, which reflects poorly on overall hygiene maintenance. I genuinely hope the management takes these points into consideration and works on improving their service quality, food consistency, and cleanliness for a better customer experience. Pathetic service !! Slower than you can ever imagine! Staff behaviour even worse. In an empty restaurant also You'll have to wait forever to get your order... After several complaints also the AC issue was not solved Continuous suffocating atmosphere. Must avoid this restaurant to go to especially if you're taking your guests along... To not ruin your day . Owner behaviour was even worst.. when we're complaining the owner is rather yelling more than the guests!!! The rudness tops the list .. initially we thought only staff is the problem bit the entire management is the issue here . A big disappointment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+

I recently had dinner with my family at Twisted Roots, and it was such a wonderful experience! The ambiance was cozy and elegant, perfect for a relaxed evening. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor — beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.
