hello this is Manish Triton Café at Billionaire Street, Sindhubhavan Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, is truly a hidden gem when it comes to dining experiences. From the very beginning, the hospitality we received was beyond expectations. A special mention must go to Mr. Bhupesh, who made our visit extremely warm, welcoming, and memorable. His genuine attention to detail and customer satisfaction made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. This personalized care is what makes Triton stand out in Ahmedabad’s competitive food scene.Coming to the food, every single dish we tried reflected creativity, freshness, and authentic flavors. The Pesto Risotto (₹650++) was creamy, aromatic, and cooked to perfection – a delightful option for anyone who loves Italian cuisine. The Triton Loaded Nachos (₹550++) were crunchy, well-layered with cheese, sauces, and toppings, making them the perfect starter to share with friends.The highlight for us was the Angry Indian Wood Fire Pizza (₹1050++). It came hot and fresh from the oven, with just the right balance of spice, crispiness, and smoky flavor. This pizza is definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting.
