The food here is absolutely amazing, no complaints about that! However, the staff seemed very disorganized. We chose to sit in the outdoor seating area despite the cold weather and noticed they only had 5 heaters for about 15 tables. We informed the staff that we would need a heater if one became available, but they appeared confused about how to manage it. When we asked again, their response was, “Please sit inside.” If that’s the solution, why even offer outdoor seating? Either properly manage the outdoor setup or ensure it’s equipped to handle the weather. The experience could have been much better with proper management. I had such an amazing time there! The ambiance is so inviting, the service great, and the food was delicious. Mock tails were average as they weren’t fresh juice and were on the sweeter end. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Amazing hospitality! We went here with our family, and everything was perfect. Delicious food with lots of options that are usually not available in Bhopal and polite & humble staff. Our visit was totally worth it. We are surely going to visit again. Thanks to the Turquoise team for making our visit memorable.
