Yesterday I visited the Kapoorthala outlet, and let me tell you—it was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The food was pathetic, and their so-called "hospitality" was a complete joke. The staff had zero manners, no sense of customer service, and on top of that, they couldn’t even communicate properly. I ordered one thing, and they served something completely different—and when I pointed it out, their attitude was careless and dismissive. This kind of miscommunication and unprofessional behavior is UNACCEPTABLE. I strongly warn everyone—DO NOT waste your time or money at the Kapoorthala outlet. If you really want good food and service, go to the Aminabad location instead—they at least know how to respect their customers. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Atmosphere is good But taste & SERVICE quality has been far far DOWNGRADED. We ordered mutton korma, it's pieces were non hygienic, tasteless, unedible. Even our's Indian Constitution be amended but management here was soo negatively cooperative, that it says we cannot discount bill even though food was inedible. After we finished eating, they say, now You can only change it. It's not matter of MONEY or Food Delivered, it's all about Dignity, Prestige of Restaurant which has been created over the Years. So, without any futher arguments with management, we paid full amount & will never advise anyone to visit again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
