New set up is not up to the mark when we talk about hygiene. Centralised AC water is dripping from all over the roof which is very uncomfortable and aunhygienic when it falls in your plates. Staff has to come again and again to make u move to wipe the ceiling with mope which is again very unhygienic and uncomfortable. One can find open wire in bundles under the dining table which is against the safety and precautions measures which should be adhered. I m an old customer an admirer of Royal Cafe but this time I m highly disappointed with their falling standards. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
