I recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The wait time after placing our order was extremely long, and the food quality was far from satisfactory. To start with, we ordered soup, which was served cold- something I didn't expect, especially with soup. Alongside the roasted tomato soup, we were given bread that was clearly old and stale. Next, we ordered veg Hakka noodles, and to our shock, the mushrooms were rotten and the noodles were completely bland, lacking any seasoning. The overall service was equally frustrating-every item we ordered took more than 15 minutes to arrive. When we asked for the bill, it took them another 20 minutes to get it to us, despite reminding them multiple times. While understand food preparation can take time, the restaurant was practically empty, with no other customers to serve, which made the delay even more unacceptable. Overall, this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Visakhapatnam. I definitely would not recommend it.

Food was very bad.They closed the barbecue so we came to the tulips. The buffet items were very bad. Not a single item was good.The ice cream and the sweets was expired.How can food be that bad. You guys are charging 1100 per person. We spent 5000. It was the most horrible food I had in recent time.
