If there was an option for giving negative star. I should have given negative infinity stars. Extremely disappointing experience at this café. I ordered loaded nachos, but what I received was nowhere close to what the dish should be. There was no avocado, no jalapeños, and the overall taste and presentation were very poor. It took almost 25 minutes to serve a simple plate of nachos, and when I asked about the delay, the staff simply said it was because the order was “Jain.” That excuse doesn’t justify the lack of quality or the long wait.The staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional, with little concern for customer satisfaction. For the price and the time taken, the food and service were both below average. Definitely not worth the visit — would not recommend this café to anyone expecting good food or decent service.Pathetic and arrogant staff. We order loaded nachos which was much much much lower than expectations. There was no load in the nachos. Never ever will visit this place which took more than 30 mins just to serve simple nachos.
