Very disappointing experience. This is the fifth time I haven’t received my order. Even after waiting for 25 minutes, the staff simply said the order was missed or forgotten by the waiters. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, and it's really frustrating as a customer to be treated like this repeatedly. Not recommended until they fix their service. TRIDA - PURE VEG TREAT restaurant.. truly serves in sattvik way, all team is very energetic & treating guest as a family member, Mrs. Rashmi Ma'am caring on the floor very deeply with her warm service, must visit with family, colleagues & friends to enjoy good mood - food in the heart of WTC..
