I know the food taste of Rajasthan as I am from Rajasthan. But, the food which is served here, doesn't taste like rajasthani food. Please try somewhere else to eat authentic rajasthani food. Tried dal baati here, and wow, it was just good! The baati was crispy outside, soft inside, just perfect. The dal is just ok ok, and they gave plenty of ghee (which is a must!).
