The rooms were extremely clean and the host at desk named riya was extremely sweet the crowd and people visiting this place are lite also the main tourist location osho ashram german bakery are at walking distance I would definitely recommend this place to all the people's travelling around the world must visit Service: 5

My experience with Travo Tales Goa was incredibly disappointing. I had made a reservation a month in advance to ensure a smooth stay, especially during the Christmas season. However, a day before my planned arrival, I received an email stating they couldn't accommodate me due to an electricity failure. Surprisingly, there was no prior call informing me of this issue. To make matters worse, upon arriving on the scheduled day, I discovered they had booked an alternative stay on my behalf, without seeking my consent. This alternative accommodation was not only in a different location but also came at an additional cost of 7k compared to their property. In an attempt to mitigate the situation, Travo Tales Goa urged me to cancel my original booking on Hostelworld, assuring me a refund. However, after complying with their request, they backtracked, asserting that the refund wouldn't be issued due to the alternative arrangement they made. After persistent communication, they finally agreed to provide a refund. However, this turned out to be another setback, as they subsequently stopped responding to my calls and messages, essentially ghosting me. Even when I expressed my frustration by calling them out as fraudulent, Travo Tales Goa responded defensively, emphasizing their business losses without acknowledging the significant inconvenience and harassment I endured. After this entire ordeal, I am compelled to label their actions as fraudulent, given the lack of transparency, unapproved bookings, and their failure to uphold their commitments. Service: 1

Cancelled our booking and told lies that he'll googlePay the refund amount, and now he says you should get the refund automatically, so either was lying earlier or now, and now not even picking the calls. TOTAL FRAUD!!! Reply: 1. Alternative stay was much costlier which was booked without my consent. 2. I don't think 2 emails are multiple emails, moreover your first email was on night of 25th dec (basically 26th) and my stay started from 27th on your property, you should have made a call via HostelWorld this was highly unprofessional. 3. Have talked to your POC, he lied to us that please cancel the new booking (made by you guys) and he will send the refund on QR code that he asked to share with him over WhatsApp, that clearly is a lie, since you guys are not in the mood to rob the people by lying to their face. 4. Next day again, when you said you will refund the amount in 15 mins of shouting over the call and asked to delete the review. It's been 5+ days and still your 15 mins are not over. You are not even picking up the calls. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Service: 1

We provided you alternative stay and that too by paying the extra advance amount which was more than your earlier deposit .
