So for the question asked by the owner, why the 2 on food and 1 on service. 2 on the food because I ordered fries, onion rings and a LIIT I think; the onion rings were wet and cold , and the LIIT was super watered down. The 1 on service is because when I asked the staff to please just see into the quality of the food and drinks, they told me to either eat and drink or go somewhere else. And the 5 for atmosphere is because I really did dig the vibes on the place, good place to chill. But not a place if you're expecting polite workers who give quality for the price. I hope this isn't too vague and helps you guys with the introspection :) Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

One fine experience at Toto's Garage. One of Bandra's best places to get the party started. Nice atmosphere and more than expected warm hospitality. Catch a beer and don't forget to share your experience with the owner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
