This place offers tasty fried prawns, garlic rolls and fried chicken. Good rice cakes, tres leches cakes and churros can make a good impression on you. At this spot, visitors may try delicious beer. Tea is great, try it.

I recently dined at Torii Mumbai expecting a refined experience given its reputation as a fine dining establishment. Unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations. From the outset, there was a clear lack of coordination. Despite making a reservation well in advance and paying an advance deposit, the staff failed to deduct this amount from the final bill—something that should be a standard practice in any professional setting. The most baffling part of the evening was the handling of our drink order. When we requested a particular drink, the waiter informed us it was unavailable due to a party the night before( is that my problem NO)However, just two minutes later, the same drink appeared without any explanation or effort to clarify the situation. This inconsistency left us questioning their communication and professionalism. Additionally, for a fine dining experience, one would expect drinks to be served in proper glassware. Instead, what was presented fell short of even basic service standards. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with little attention to customer service or professionalism. While the ambiance and menu might be promising, ( food is the only saving grace for the place)the service needs serious improvement to justify the fine dining label.
