@illuminatimumbai located at BKC with thousands of LED lights lighting up the ceiling will give you a feeling of dining right below the stars. The seating is luxurious with plush white sofas and velvet upholstered chairs, they use very classy cutlery and crockery which gives you a feeling of dining royally. Coming to the food, we started our meal with Vegetable crystal dumpling & Spicy Avocado Sushi which were scrumptious, next was "Rajma & Feta Squares" which were just top notch and was so good that had to be reordered. We were also served "Spiced Edamame Hummus" and we consider this to be one of our best tryouts in Fusion hummus thanks to its consistency and perfect flavors which also served with smoked aubergine and warm pita bread. Our recommendations in cocktails would be "Mr. Charming" and "Lost Boy" . After that we tried their deconstructed pineapple upside down desserts and were drooling over it all evening. Overall FRO totally recommends you to visit this place for that perfect fine dining experience. .
