I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered biryani and waited at my table for over half an hour, but no one came to serve or check on me. Frustrated, I had to go to the supervisor and inquire about my order. To my surprise, I was told that the biryani was already finished and not available. The lack of communication and poor service was very disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service and keep customers better informed about dish availability.
