I feel like I shouldn't probably waste my time writing a detailed review for this cafe. In short it feels like a joke of a cafe, one that has been fooling the people of Kottayam for so long. Ordered the Carolina chicken burger, the poor waiter had no idea of the place Carolina and the Carolina pepper when I asked him as to why the name, because the burger was far from spicy. The chicken omelette was disappointing, the shakes were more crushed ice and syrup similar to the ones we used to get in the early 2010's from our neighbourhood bakeries. 100 % will never visit again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Review of Tonico Café, Kottayam I recently visited Tonico Café in Kottayam for the first time, having been a regular at their Kochi outlet. The experience was great, with a friendly atmosphere that makes it a good spot to work while enjoying coffee and snacks. I tried the Peri Peri Burger, Tandoori Burger, and a Café Latte—all of which were tasty and well-prepared. The flavors were just right, and the coffee was smooth and refreshing. The café has ample parking space, making it convenient for visitors. Nearby, there’s Tonico Mart, a small supermarket where you can buy essentials. However, I couldn’t find some of the usual brands that are available in other supermarkets. Overall, great food, a welcoming ambiance, and a convenient location. Would definitely visit again! 1. Horribly loud music, not fit for a Business discussion or a personal meeting because ur neighbour will hear ur discussing better
2. Attitude filled staff
3. Good ambient and fairly neat
4. No other place for a coffee and business discussion, so u r forced to go there until the next Cafe opens
