I recently went back to Ko.Co. Kottayam Company, and I was blown away by how consistently delicious everything remains. I started with the Dynamite Chicken, and it was perfectly crispy and spiced-just the explosive flavor I look for. Then came the BBQ Quarter Chicken with Garlic Rice-the chicken was juicy and smoky, and the garlic rice was aromatic and paired flawlessly. To wrap it all up, I had the Banoffee Pie, which was smooth and rich, not overly sweet but indulgent enough to end the meal on a high note. What stood out for me this time was the Mylanchi Koottu-a creative Kerala-styled side that I absolutely loved. The coconut and spice blend felt authentic and comforting. My meal really showcased how Ko.Co. blends bold continental flavors with traditional Kerala cuisine in a balanced way. Meanwhile, the atmosphere-modern industrial space with high ceilings-added a relaxed, cozy vibe that makes every visit feel special. I did notice a slight wait to order during peak times, but even that became part of the fun, as I enjoyed the ambiance and the moment. I checked and saw that Ko.Co. holds a solid 4.0-star rating from around 11,000 Google koco-kottayam-company. I completely understand why. Yes, sometimes a bit of a wait, but the food-the Dynamite Chicken, BBQ Chicken with garlic rice, Banoffee Pie, and especially that Mylanchi Koottu-always delivers. Don't buy chicken fired rice from ko.co..it's Too bad.. Waste of money..
