Didn't plan to write this review, but after my awful experience with them I am compelled to write this. I ordered a fondant cake for which I shared the pic and was assured that I will get the exact one. I can forgive the slight break or difference in the cake but the poor workmanship was inexcusable. It was made with regular cream and was extremely dirty looking cake. I ordered it to be delivered on 10th and the lady owner told me it is for 11th...superbly unprofessional. A normal sweet shop would have done a better job. This bakery lost me and many other potentially good customers after this experience. I will never use this bakery again and will not recommend it to anyone else.
