Drinks are inventive yet balanced, with enough variety to keep you coming back. Service is sharp, and the team clearly knows their craft. It’s a shame the Bangalore branches are closing. Toast & Tonic – Ashok Nagar Tucked away in the heart of Ashok Nagar, Toast & Tonic is one of those places that instantly charms you with its cozy, warm interiors and laid-back yet classy vibe. The menu was impressive, and we were lucky to get a great table. Our waiter was friendly and spot-on with recommendations. We tried the Bajra & Ricotta Gnudi, T&T Vegan Dam Dan Noodles, Breakfast at T&T Surfers Paradise (with chicken topping), French Classic Choco Cake, and the Baby Lamb Shoulder. Every single dish was spectacular – the lamb was melt-in-the-mouth soft and juicy, while the noodles were packed with flavor and a definite “oof” moment. Drinks paired perfectly with the food, and the main highlight was the dessert – a French Classic Choco Cake that came as an on-the-house recommendation. Rich, indulgent, and absolutely divine, it was the perfect ending. With its inviting atmosphere, great service, and memorable food, Toast & Tonic is a spot I’d happily revisit to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended.
