We had planned to visit Tipsy Panda again since we had a great experience before and really appreciated their authentic Chinese flavours. Unfortunately, this time was a complete disappointment. The person who took our order had very little knowledge about the menu — all he could say was “this is spicy” or “this is sweet,” without explaining the actual flavours or preparation. He didn’t even mention that the soup we ordered was a clear soup. The corn kernels were too spicy, the prawns suggested were overly tangy, and the dimsums were overcooked. To make things worse, the server didn’t even know how to serve them properly. Overall, it felt like a total waste of money this time. Really hope they improve their staff training and food quality — Tipsy Panda used to be much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had an amazing experience at Tipsy Panda! The food was absolutely delicious — perfect in both quality and quantity. Loved the ambience and the whole vibe of the place.
