Absolutely disappointing from start to finish. First, the service was painfully slow. Our food was delivered after 40 minutes — and that’s just unacceptable, especially when you're hungry and expecting timely service. Now coming to the charges, this is where things became ridiculous. They charged extra for the alcohol parcel service along with food, plus additional “food operation” charges. When we questioned it, the staff arrogantly stated, “No restaurant in Virar gives alcohol, but we give.” As if that justifies overcharging customers. To make it worse, the management openly said they were instructed to charge double the amount if alcohol is delivered with food. This kind of pricing policy feels exploitative and completely unfair. And the food quality? Pathetic. Sometimes it’s smelly, and often soggy and clearly not fresh or properly handled. Paying inflated prices for substandard food is the final insult. Overall, extremely unprofessional management, poor service, questionable pricing practices, and low-quality food. Definitely not recommended. It feels like a bar operating with unchecked confidence, as though they own the entire Virar West area, with little humility or regard for customers. Service, pricing transparency, and quality all need serious improvement.
