THE OWNERS OR PARTNERS OF HYDERABAD BIRIYANI NEED TO TAKE NOTE ON THE STAFF AND THEIR QUALITY OF FOOD TO RETAIN BUSINESS IN THIS COMPETATIVE WORLD.
I HAD BEEN A REGULAR TO THIS HOTEL BUT MY LAST EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE WHEN I VISTED THIS HOTEL ON 17.07.2021 ALONG WITH MY FAMILY FOR DINNER.
MY AGED PARENTS OF ABOVE 76YEARS ,2 CHILDREN ABOVE 12YEARS,MY WIFE & MYSELF VISITED.
WE ORDERED 1) SPECIAL HYDERABAD MUTTON BIRIYANI 3 NOS - NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT IT BUT ONLY WORST PIECES OF MUTTON WHICH WAS MOSTLY OF LIVER INSTEAD OF MEAT.
2) SPECIAL HYDERABAD CHICKEN BIRIYANI 3 NOS - NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT IT TOO AS IT WAS SERVED WITH 90% OF CHICKEN PIECES WITH MOSTLY BONES AND 10% OF MEAT ATTACHED TO IT.
WHEN COMPLAINED TO THE SO CALLED CAPTIAN OF THE DAY NOT TOO SURE ABOUT HIS NAME,MAY BE AN ASSAMMESE TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE REASON OF THE QUALITY OF MEAT SERVED IN A VERY KIDDISH MANNER.
WE WERE TOTALLY UN HAPPLY OVER THE WHOLE DINNER.
I LOVE HYDERABAD BIRIYANI BUT THIS EXPERIENCE MADE ME THINKING OTHERWISE.
I WISHED TO GET A CALL BACK FROM THE OWNER OR ANYONE OF THE PARTNER TO EXPLAIN.
