Hi all The hotel staff is not helpful at all. They play any song that will ruin your mood. They don't care about the customers at all.. Please don't go this TIGHT bar. They will ignore your request. Because of the boring music and the refusal to adjust it, the place fails to deliver the enjoyable bar experience one would expect in Vashi. There are many better options around where the staff are more responsive and actually care about what guests want from the ambience and music. The attitude of the staff feels rigid and uninterested, as if customer comfort and feedback do not matter at all. In a bar, music is a key part of the experience, and when the team ignores customer requests, it shows a lack of basic hospitality and respect for guests’ time and money.
