Visited House of Lords in Vashi recently — the overall experience was quite disappointing mainly due to the service. The staff was extremely slow and inattentive, which made the entire dining experience frustrating. Food and ambiance were just okay, nothing exceptional to make up for the poor service. Definitely room for improvement, especially in how they handle customers. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

Do not visit. They have goons in the uniform of servers. Extremely unfriendly place to be. Stale food, rude behaviour of staff, and really bad service. A very unpleasant experience. This place deserves to shut down and make space for some better restaurant.

we had booked a table here well in advance and when we reached, nobody was interested in providing a table. They were least bothered. They were only interested in catering to the people who had booked the rooftop for a private party. oh btw, the rooftop which is the usp of the place was completely unavailable because of the private party. horrible experience.
