One of the worst experiences I had in a restaurant ever. The restaurant Tiamo doesn’t match the reviews or expectations. It being a fine dine restaurant there is no one to ask about reservation at the entrance , it was like a walk in and no one ,not even a single person responded when I wanted to speak about the reservation . I called prior to check about my reservation as it was wedding anniversary and they confirmed the reservation. When I showed up they were neglecting the customers who are not staying at Conrad hotel. Why let us reserve a table then. Just serve the customers staying there. We were given a table somewhere in a corner,it was uncomfortable to even sit there. Mosquitoes around the table. When we asked to change they straight up denied it saying the other tables were reserved . What , did I just walk in to the restaurant , even I have a reservation. The attitude of the server can’t even be expressed!! Not even a single person came to give the menu for 10 mins , they just smile and walk away! Would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. The difference to the restaurants right opposite to Conrad in taj and Oberoi is tooooo much! They were a really good experience from start to end! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
