Chef Giuseppe personally visiting every table to ask for feedback is a rare and admirable gesture that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. The staff is attentive, warm and consistently checks in without being intrusive. Best The quality of the cheese deserves special praise. The buffalo mozzarella and burrata were incredibly fresh, earthy and clean in flavour. The traditional Caprese, elevated with a black olive reduction, was simple yet sophisticated letting premium ingredients shine. The Pinno Cooler was another standout a perfectly balanced beverage with citrus brightness and a gentle spice finish.
