This feedback is not about pricing or payment. The issue was the lack of communication regarding the available menu. The waiter/counter staff did not explain what items were available and packed the parcel on their own without confirming the order properly. Customers cannot assume the menu if it is not clearly communicated. Basic communication and respectful behavior are expected, which was missing in this experience.

We , a group of 5, had lunch at Thushara's Restaurant. We had Meals ( average) , Porotta( average), Gobi Manchurian (average) , Chicken Biryani ( the rice was tasty, chicken was not bad) , orange juice and lime juice of which both were sour. I believe we went there during their busiest hour but was provided with a parking space in front of the restaurant. The valet parking accommodates 6 to 8 vehicles. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Recommended dishes: Chicken Biriyani Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking, Parking is unavailable
