That's a nice idea to order tasty prawn masala, chicken biryani and chicken. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. From the guests' point of view, the staff is efficient here. Service at Hotel Mahalekshmi is something one can name enjoyable. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the moderate prices as users state. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the exotic atmosphere. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

One of the oldest and longest serving hotels in Kollam. Had been a frequent customer of this hotel right from my childhood. Updating this review because one of my friends who was new to kollam for some work in the Collectorate asked for a hotel to dine in around the premises. Hotel Mahalekshmi being a safe bet was suggested to him. As usual they kept their good name, for which my friend reverted back his good experience. They serve good sea food, namely prawns, squid and fish. Beef fry is a must try over there. Might find it a bit expensive but out for a dinner with your family this place is highly suggested. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
