We’re sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the lack of vegan options and the quality and authenticity of the dishes you ordered. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been shared with our kitchen and management team so we can review and improve our recipes, preparation, and menu clarity. We also regret that the beverages did not meet expectations.
