Writing this while sitting in Third Wave, Platina Tower unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While the brand carries a certain reputation, this particular outlet did not meet even the basic expectations of service The staff appeared highly unprofessional and disengaged. There was a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness—no one acknowledged customer concerns or made any effort to assist. It’s disheartening when a service team doesn’t make eye contact or even attempt to address a problem. The atmosphere also felt uncomfortable. Rather than a welcoming or relaxed café environment, the space gave off a rather uninviting and disconnected vibe. For a place that positions itself as a premium coffee destination, this was unexpected. In terms of offerings, both the food and coffee were disappointing. The food lacked flavor and freshness, and the coffee did not meet the standards one would anticipate from a specialty café. I don’t mind paying a premium, but the experience should justify the price. Love Third Wave Coffee! My favourite location is at Platinum Tower Gurgaon, near Sikanderpur metro station. This outlet works 24/7 and its really good for those who want to have a cup of freshly brewed coffee after a long night shift in office! Great coffe,delicious snacks and cosy ambiance!
