Very Disappointing & Unethical Experience at McD, MG Road I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s MG Road. The menu displayed lower prices, which made us order confidently, but after billing, I calculated the total and found that the bill was ₹500 extra compared to what was shown on the menu. This felt like a clear case of misleading pricing. When I asked for a refund of the extra amount, the staff refused and instead offered additional food items. I clearly told them I did not want extra food because our order was already full, but they still denied the refund and said the amount was not refundable. When I escalated the issue to the manager, the situation got worse. He forcefully adjusted the bill by saying that the drinks cost ₹150 each, and claimed the total was already correct. They then took the drinks back and demanded ₹250 more, saying the drinks were wasted because of us. This is completely unprofessional, unethical, and feels like a scam. Customers should not be tricked with fake menu prices and then forced to accept food instead of a refund. I strongly advise people to double-check the bill before paying and be careful at this outlet. Very poor service and management. I will never visit this branch again. After long time I have craving to have a burger & veg mcpuff from you. Outlet : McDonald's, MGF metropolis mall, gurgaon. When I take bite of mcpuff. Literally it's so weird in taste. Then I taste second one. It's also the same. What happen with you guys. Why you downgraded your mcpuff filling taste. It's only having tomato's tangy flavour. Which degrading from earlier taste.
