We found a dead insect inside our golden pops. When we complained, they server just shrugged and thew the container into the dustbin. There were lot of dead insects outside the restaurant also. Really poor hygiene and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. I believe the staff member's name was **Satrugham** (if I’m not mistaken). The way he interacted with me was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of politely assisting, he used a very casual and rude tone, saying things like *“tu redeem QR dikha”* — which is not how any customer should be addressed. Good customer service is the foundation of any reputed brand like McDonald's, and such behavior leaves a negative impression. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that all staff are trained to speak respectfully to customers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
