I believe customer satisfaction makes or breaks a restaurant and when you are doing well all you need is to be humble but I think this outlet has forgotten the basic ethics of F&B. No matter how good or bad the food is it is immaterial if you are rude, not ordering again ever. I know does not matter but eventually it will loosing customers one by one
